We believe in complete customer satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unused item within 30 days from the date of shipment date. Any product that has been used by the customers once they have received it is non returnable. All items must be returned in original condition with our tag attached.*Shipping is non-refundable.

Upon Receipt of Product:

Please make sure to inspect your product as soon as you receive it. Before removing any tags or factory tape, check over the product for any blemishes or irregularities. All our products are 100% brand new. Home Linen Collections must be informed immediately of any defects, blemishes or any irregularities.



To Apply for a Return or Exchange:

    1. All you need to do is email us to returns@homelinencollections.com and we will contact you with your required *Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA).
    2. Products need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging. RMA# needs to be on the outside of the packaging.
    3. Ship using any carrier you choose that can provide a tracking number for your package. Ship to the address given to you by our customer service department. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    4. When we receive the product in the original sealed condition, your credit card will be refunded or an exchange will be made. Credits may take up to 10 days to process.


*All returns MUST have a Return Manufacturer Authorization and instructions prior to sending back
